We do custom orders for an additional charge starting from $50 per colour. Please email email@example.com for a quote.
We accept Paypal or direct bank transfer.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days - unless it is stated that the product is made to order (please check the listing details), or is a custom order.
Please double check your delivery details and address is correct, and note that you are responsible for any customs duty or taxes incurred on international orders.
If you select standard shipping, please note that this is not tracked. We take no responsibility for lost or delayed mail and do not provide refunds based on this reason. For approximate shipping prices please refer to our SHIPPING page.
Refunds and Exchanges:
If your order is damaged or faulty please let us know and we will issue a replacement upon return of the item.
If you would like to cancel or change your order please get in touch as soon as possible and we will do our best to help. Changes and cancellations can only be made prior to shipping.
Each of our items have been made with so much love, care and pride. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, at the first instance, please notify us by email within 10 days of purchase and we will provide a return address.
Please return your un-used item within 5 days of receiving the return address from us, and we will issue you a credit note once we’ve received the product in the same condition it was shipped.

Our ribbons are washable and re-usable however they will continue to fray after much handling and multiple use - which is as equally gorgeous! We recommend cold wash by hand or machine and hung to dry and/or iron if you prefer this look. The colour will also fade slightly over time.
